TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Monticor’s Refund Policy (effective and last updated December 17, 2025) applies to Monticor and its affiliated, successor, and related entities, including Ten Pillar Industries LLC and any DBAs (collectively, “the Firm”), and it should be read alongside our Data Sovereignty Protocol and Accessibility Statement because together they define how we handle information, access, and transactions: Monticor sells time, access, and execution capacity, and once purchased that capacity is reserved, scheduled, or delivered immediately, therefore all charges are final and non-refundable with no refunds for services, sessions, bookings, retainers, deposits, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, unused time, missed sessions, partial attendance, changes of mind, dissatisfaction, or outcomes; rescheduling is not a refund and may be requested more than 48 hours before a session start, while requests inside 48 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied, late arrivals do not extend session length, and no-shows or arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as forfeitures based on feasibility, with no refunds in any event; membership/subscription charges pay for access and reserved capacity for the billing period and are non-refundable even if you cancel future renewals; digital products (templates, playbooks, downloads, recordings, documents, materials) are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, accessed, or made available, and if a file is corrupted or the wrong file is delivered the remedy is replacement access, not a refund; chargebacks and payment disputes are not a substitute for Firm policy and may result in immediate suspension of services, access, and future bookings until resolved, and the Firm may provide purchase records, booking logs, delivery evidence, communications, and your acceptance of these terms to the payment processor, with you responsible for any fees and costs where permitted; under the Data Sovereignty Protocol, privacy and deletion rights (where applicable) do not create refunds and deletion requests do not reverse prior performance, reserved capacity, or fees incurred; under the Accessibility Statement, if an accessibility barrier prevents booking, submitting a form, or completing payment, the remedy is alternate access to complete the action (contact us before initiating a dispute), not a refund; the only corrections the Firm may issue are to fix verified Firm error such as duplicate charges, verified processing malfunctions attributable to our systems, or a Firm-cancelled paid session where no reasonable alternative is provided within 14 days, and any correction may be issued as a payment reversal to the original method or as account credit at the Firm’s election; this policy controls refunds, cancellations, credits, and disputes unless a separate signed written agreement expressly overrides it, and for billing error reports contact info@monticor.io with subject BILLING ERROR.
