This Privacy Policy is provided for transparency and operational clarity and describes how Monticor and its affiliated, successor, and related entities, including Ten Pillar Industries LLC and any DBAs (collectively, “Monticor,” “we,” “us,” “the Firm”) collect, use, and protect information through the Monticor website and related pages, forms, booking/scheduling flows, payment/checkout, downloads, and communications (collectively, the “Site”). This policy is not legal advice, and privacy obligations vary by jurisdiction. If specific legal compliance is required for your circumstances, consult qualified counsel.

Privacy Policy - The Basics 

Monticor collects information to operate and secure the Site, respond to inquiries, schedule and administer bookings, process purchases, deliver materials, evaluate fit for services, and support implementation and ongoing client work. Information may include contact details, booking and transaction data, communications, and standard web analytics (such as IP address and device/browser data). Payments are processed via Wix and/or third-party processors, and the Firm does not store full payment card numbers. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, and analytics, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings.

What to Include in the Privacy Policy

This policy covers (i) what information is collected, including contact details, booking details, purchases, communications, and site analytics; (ii) how information is used, including operating the Site, scheduling, service delivery, implementation support, quality improvement, compliance, and security; (iii) how information is shared, including with service providers (such as Wix, payment processors, analytics, and communications tools), professional advisors, and where required by law or to protect rights and systems; (iv) AI and automation usage, where AI-assisted tools may support intake, scheduling, documentation, summarization, and workflow execution to increase speed and accuracy, without eliminating human judgment where context matters; (v) data retention, with information retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes, service delivery, compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement; (vi) security measures, with reasonable safeguards used but no method being fully risk-free; (vii) your rights and choices, including requests to access, correct, or delete information where applicable and the ability to opt out of marketing communications; and (viii) contact, where privacy requests and commands should be sent to privacy@monticor.com, noting that privacy requests do not reverse prior services performed, reserved capacity, or fees incurred.
