Monticor Consulting Group is an operating firm. The work is installation: workflows, standards, reporting, and modern tooling, including AI where it materially improves speed and accuracy. Engagements run domestic and international, delivered remotely worldwide or on-site by appointment.
 
How We Hire:
 
Monticor hires selectively and hires with intent. Training is provided on Firm methods and standards, but candidates are expected to arrive with strong fundamentals: structured thinking, clean writing, disciplined follow-through, and comfort being measured against defined expectations. If you want a slow pace, vague responsibilities, or open-ended work, this will not be a fit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced degree required (Master’s or Doctorate)

  • Demonstrated experience improving operations in real environments (not coursework)

  • Clear, client-ready writing and structured communication

  • High discretion with confidential information

  • Willingness to travel when role scope requires on-site delivery

  • Language requirement: Fluency in English plus at least one additional language (spoken and written). Language capability may be assessed during the process.

    Verification and Screening

  • Selection is conditional. Monticor verifies eligibility before engagement and may verify throughout the relationship where required.

  • Academic verification: institution, program, and graduation are verified.

  • Government verification: identity and work authorization are verified using government-issued documentation.

  • Passport requirement: a valid passport is required for roles involving cross-border travel or international delivery.

  • Secure-site eligibility: candidates must be able to present a valid government-issued photo ID and, where an engagement requires it, meet site access requirements for regulated or government facilities. Access approval is determined by the facility and applicable authorities, and may require additional screening or documentation.

  • Background verification: may be required based on role scope, access level, client requirements, or jurisdiction.

  • Drug screening: where permitted by law and applicable to the role, pre-engagement and/or ongoing screening may be required.

  • Refusal to participate in required verification or screening ends consideration.

Primary contributions
 

  • Implement automation in production environments, not prototypes

  • Integrate CRM, scheduling, messaging, quoting, invoicing, and reporting

  • Document logic, controls, and change management

  • Build systems teams adopt and leadership can trust

Selection Process:

Location and Delivery:
Remote worldwide. On-site by appointment depending on role and engagement scope. Certain roles require periodic travel.
