Financial drivers, the full lead-to-invoice workflow, decision rights, scheduling and billing processes, and quality control are observed and assessed in real time alongside your team. Where conditions permit, AI-enabled workflow support is configured to improve speed and accuracy across communication and reporting during the engagement itself. You receive three deliverables on Day 14: a ranked issue list with severity assessment, a Decision Brief with owners and deadlines, and a Correction Plan specifying the exact implementation sequence.
