Monticor is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an operating standard, and improvements are deployed continuously as the Site evolves. If you encounter a barrier or need assistance completing an action, contact privacy@monticor.com or +1 (239) 963-6044 and an alternate method will be provided where feasible.
Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: February 13, 2026
Monticor treats accessibility as an operating standard. If a visitor cannot access the Site, the barrier is treated as a defect to be identified, prioritized, and resolved. The Site is designed to function with assistive technologies, including keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, and zoom/text resizing.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site enables visitors with disabilities to navigate and interact with content with comparable ease and functionality, including through assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice input.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
Monticor operates on a simple rule: if someone can’t access our site, that’s our failure, not theirs. Accessibility is a baseline requirement for doing business, not a courtesy. We design and maintain our website so it can be used with assistive technologies, keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, zoom/text resizing, and other accessibility settings, and we treat barriers as defects to be identified, prioritized, and fixed.
Standard we target: We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across our public website and our highest-impact flows.
Scope (Wix platform): Our site is built on Wix, including core experiences such as booking/scheduling, forms/intake, and payments/checkout, plus any content pages, media, and embedded components used to operate the site. We engineer for accessibility within the platform’s capabilities and we do not accept “it’s the platform” as an excuse for leaving people blocked.
What we implement: We work to provide keyboard access and visible focus, clear structure and labeling, readable contrast and text scaling, accessible form inputs and error handling, predictable navigation, and content that is compatible with common assistive technology patterns. We prioritize anything that impacts core actions: contacting us, booking, submitting forms, and completing payment.
Third-party and embedded components: Some functions may rely on third-party or embedded tools (including elements within Wix or external integrations). When a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, we take one of two actions: (1) remediate it where we can, or (2) provide an equivalent alternative path so the same outcome can be achieved without the barrier.
Fast-lane support (alternate access guaranteed): If you encounter an accessibility barrier, you do not need to fight the website. Email privacy@monticor.com with subject ACCESSIBILITY and include the page URL and what you were trying to do (book, submit a form, pay, etc.). We will acknowledge within 2 business days. If the issue blocks a core action (booking, form submission, payment), we will provide an alternate method to complete that action within 5 business days, while we remediate the underlying issue.
Verification and remediation process: We review accessibility as content changes and we evaluate critical user flows at least quarterly and after major updates. Issues are triaged by severity and user impact, with blockers treated as urgent until resolved or an equivalent path is delivered.
Updates: We may update this statement as the site evolves. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version.
No limitation of rights: Nothing in this statement limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Declaration of partial compliance due to third-party content
Certain Site functions rely on third-party platforms and embedded tools (for example: booking, payments, forms, maps, and media embeds). While accessibility is prioritized in platform selection and configuration, Monticor cannot control the accessibility of all third-party components. If a third-party element prevents you from completing an action, an alternate method will be provided upon request.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
Monticor meets clients on-site by appointment for certain engagements, and other sessions are delivered by Phone, FaceTime, or Zoom as appropriate to the service purchased and invoiced. If an accommodation is required for any scheduled session, notify the Firm in advance so reasonable arrangements can be coordinated. If an on-site accommodation is not feasible for a specific location, an alternate method of participation will be provided where possible.
Requests, issues and suggestions
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance completing an action (booking, form submission, payment, or downloads), email privacy@monticor.com with subject ACCESSIBILITY and include the page URL, the action you were attempting, and your device/browser. An acknowledgment will be provided within 2 business days and, if a core action is blocked, an alternate method will be provided within 5 business days where feasible.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Effective / Last Updated: December 17, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to Monticor and its affiliated, successor, and related entities, including Ten Pillar Industries LLC and any DBAs (collectively, the “Firm”). It should be read alongside the Data Sovereignty Protocol and Accessibility Statement because together they define how the Firm handles information, access, and transactions.
1) The Core Rule
Monticor sells time, access, and execution capacity. Once purchased, capacity is reserved, scheduled, or delivered immediately. All charges are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in Section 6 (Firm Error Corrections). No refunds are issued for services, sessions, bookings, retainers, deposits, memberships/subscriptions, digital products, unused time, missed sessions, partial attendance, changes of mind, dissatisfaction, or outcomes.
2) Sessions, Attendance, and Timing
-
Rescheduling is not a refund. Rescheduling may be requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
-
Requests made within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied based on feasibility and capacity.
-
Late arrivals do not extend the session length.
-
No-shows or arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as forfeitures based on feasibility.
-
In all cases, no refunds are issued.
3) Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership/subscription charges pay for access and reserved capacity for the billing period. Charges are non-refundable, including where the membership is underused. Cancellation stops future renewals where applicable, but does not refund the current billing period.
4) Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products (templates, playbooks, downloads, recordings, documents, materials) are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, accessed, or made available. If a file is corrupted or the wrong file is delivered, the remedy is replacement access, not a refund.
5) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes are not a substitute for Firm policy. They may result in immediate suspension of services, access, and future bookings until resolved. The Firm may provide purchase records, booking logs, delivery evidence, communications, and acceptance records to the payment processor. Where permitted, you are responsible for fees and costs arising from improper chargebacks.
6) Firm Error Corrections
The only corrections the Firm may issue are for verified Firm error, including:
-
Duplicate charges
-
Verified processing malfunctions attributable to Firm systems
-
A Firm-cancelled paid session where no reasonable alternative is provided within 14 days
Any correction may be issued, at the Firm’s election, as:
-
A payment reversal to the original method, or
-
Account credit
7) Privacy and Accessibility Are Not Refund Triggers
Under the Data Sovereignty Protocol, privacy and deletion rights (where applicable) do not create refunds and do not reverse prior performance, reserved capacity, or fees incurred. Under the Accessibility Statement, if an accessibility barrier prevents booking, form submission, or payment, the remedy is alternate access to complete the action. Contact the Firm before initiating a dispute. Accessibility support is a remedy of access, not a refund right.
8) Controlling Terms
This Policy controls refunds, cancellations, credits, and disputes unless a separate signed written agreement expressly overrides it.
9) Billing Error Contact
For billing error reports, contact info@monticor.io with subject BILLING ERROR.
