It is a 30-minute operational assessment designed to identify what is constraining execution inside your business and to determine whether the Altura System™ is the correct intervention. Come with real numbers and real constraints across lead flow, follow-up, scheduling, delivery, billing, and accountability. You will receive direct questions and a definitive outcome: proceed into the appropriate engagement, hold until specific prerequisites are addressed, or be directed elsewhere. Monticor accepts work selectively. Capacity is limited, and engagements are initiated only when the conditions exist for the system to be installed properly.
