A 2-hour working session that converts operational noise into a locked plan with enforceable deadlines. The session addresses whichever constraint is most acute — personal bandwidth, competing priorities, or team-level misalignment — and produces a plan that can be executed the following morning. Distractions are removed. Constraints are named. Objectives are assigned owners and timelines. You leave with a Decision Brief (objective, exclusions, owners, deadlines, first actions), a personal or team operating plan, and a 30-day implementation schedule with explicit exclusions. Payment in full at booking.
